Vietnam's import-export (import-export) turnover reached US $ 514 billion, recording a new record of the economy. In which, export turnover is about 262.5 billion USD, import turnover is 248.5 billion USD, trade surplus is nearly 11 billion USD.

      The total value of import and export of goods in nearly 20 years (period 2000-2019) of Vietnam has reached 3.995 billion USD. Vietnam has risen strongly to join the group of 30 leading import-export economies in the world. Within ASEAN, Vietnam has the third position of import and export, only after Singapore and Thailand.

       Up to now, Vietnam has participated in negotiations and signed 16 free trade agreements (FTAs), of which 12 FTAs ​​have been signed and come into effect.
